IX International Banking Forum (IBF-2025)

The IX International Banking Forum ("IBF-2025") was held within the framework of cooperation between the Azerbaijan Banks Association and the "Mastercard" international card organization, with the support of the Central Bank of Azerbaijan, as well as the Center for Analysis of Economic Reforms and Communications. The main topic of the Forum, to which a delegation led by Elmar Mirsalayev, Executive Director of the Azerbaijan Insurers Association (AIA), was invited, was "Reliable, Secure, and Sustainable Banking".

The Forum brought together representatives of state bodies, financial and banking regulators, commercial banks, fintech companies, state and private enterprises, as well as general directors, high-ranking executives, and key decision-makers from prominent financial institutions.
