3rd Islamic Finance Forum Held in Baku

At the official opening ceremony of the event, which was also attended by Abas Misgarli, Executive Director of the Azerbaijan Insurers Association (AIA), opening speeches were delivered by Shahin Mahmudzade, Director General of the Central Bank of the Republic of Azerbaijan, Prof. Dr. Vusal Gasimli, Executive Director of the Center for Analysis of Economic Reforms and Communication, Member of Parliament Jeyhun Mammadov, and other officials.

Organized by the Center for Economic Resources Study, the forum covered discussions on the development of Islamic finance, Islamic banking, the implementation of sukuk, leasing, and microfinance products, as well as human resource development and international certification in this field.
